The injector was easy to put together and easy to use. I was a little worried that injecting would be a huge hassle but it really wasn’t. Took me about 2 hours to do a stand about 20’ wide and 60’ long. Three bottles of glyphosate at a 2ml dose.

This review is for Blue Foaming Agent and Small Foam Herbicide Dispenser bottle which I ordered together. I had been losing ground in the battle against a grassy weed (torpedo grass or something similar) in my front yard of Saint Augustine. I was not aggressive enough early on to pull it out, and now there are various size patches of it throughout the yard as it out competes the Saint Augustine.

Spending hours ripping it out only slowed it down, because I could not pull out much of the root system. So I changed strategy to apply an 8% glyphosate solution (plus Blue Foaming Agent via the Small Foam Herbicide Dispenser) to individual weed leaves. It is tedious, but I am getting results - dead weeds. It's going to take a continued effort to eventually get ahead, but I see no alternative as there is no selective herbicide for this weed, and it will take over the whole yard otherwise.

Great product. I used it on a knotweed patch in a rocky area of our condo grounds. I chose it for the foaming applicator—it targets individual stems, so there’s no drift onto nearby plants and no herbicide mist to breathe.

Last fall, five of us spent about two hours cutting the canes (most over 7 feet tall, some over an inch thick) and foaming the fresh stumps. We expected a comeback, but this summer the regrowth stayed below knee height. Most shoots were spindly; some died in the heat. Others came back misshapen with a mix of big and tiny leaves—total franken-plants.

Bottom line: it worked. We’re doing a second round this fall and expect what’s left to be easy to manage. John knows his stuff—his advice was invaluable.

I'm using the foam weed killer to kill back an infestation of green ash offspring that I had previous cut back but always reemerged. Looks like they've met their match. Likewise, I'm using the foam to help my HOA reduce russian olive in our open space ( it's an invasive we're required to remove ). Previous culls of russian olive had used herbacide applied with a brush to the shoots after cutting, but the foam is easier / quicker and you can see what's been cut. Great product.

Penetrates knotweed stems easily. The only change i would make is to move the outlet hole closer to the end.

Can I buy just the Foaming Agent though?

We dealing with knotweed and not only are tye products fantastic but the information provided is just as valuable. A+

I carry a small batch with me when I mow and spray the small weeds as I go so I don’t miss any. Works great for me!

Delivery said almost 2 weeks, it was here in maybe 4 days. Will keep yall posted as I haven’t applied quite yet. Although hi-yield products are pretty good.
